🌼🫧 HELLO 2026 🌱🪿

Hi friends,

We made it to January! This month I celebrated my daughters first birthday (don’t ask me about this or I will cry) and my return back to full-time author life.

I’m in the pre-book launch madness for Before the Bail right now, doing my best to navigate final edits while figuring out how I want to promote this release — shame on me for being SO behind schedule…but I’ll get it done one way or another. 💪🏽

Next on my agenda will be to get a move on with the promo schedule of Between the Boards (the very last book in the series), that way I’m much more prepared than I have been.

Speaking of The Saltwater Springs Series, I am working on Special Edition covers for the whole series that will have a very colourful, whimsical vibe to them. These will only be available at my 2026 signing events as of right now (not available for event pre-order at this time), and I MIGHT release a limited number to local Alberta indie bookstores — more on that to come next month.

SOMETHING FUN, THIS WAY COMES?

After what feels like a year of uhm-ing and ah-ing with the idea of starting my very own Street Team, I’ve finally said yes and hired a PA to put this into motion! 🥳

SIGNING CHANGES + FUNDRAISERS

As you may have already heard, if you follow me on Instagram, I’ve made the difficult decision to pull out of the Sports Romance Con book signing in Minneapolis this March.

I kept going back and forth on whether it was safe to go, if the risk (at the time) was worth it, if flying was safer than driving, and if I should bring my family or go alone. However, after the multiple tragic events that have occurred in Minneapolis, I decided it was not worth the risk.

I’m hopeful that circumstances will feel safer and more settled soon, but in the meantime, all of my 2026 signings will only take place in Canada.

My heart goes out to the affected families and the community of Minnesota, as well as everyone who is grieving or living with the fear and uncertainty of it all.
