Tanisha Headley
Canadian Romance Author
About
Tanisha Headley is a Canadian romance author who writes emotionally immersive romances where healing, resilience, and hope are just as important as the happily ever after. Her work spans contemporary romance, sports romance, dark romance, and romantasy, but at the centre of every story is the belief that love isn't perfect, and neither are the people who experience it.
She is the author of the SALTWATER SPRINGS series, which blends heartfelt romance with themes of mental health, resilience, and self-discovery. She is also the author of TEACH ME TO FLY, a dark ballet romance that reimagines Swan Lake while exploring the lasting effects of sexual assault, abandonment, mental health, and the courage it takes to heal. Across every genre, Tanisha's novels are known for emotional vulnerability, humour, unforgettable romance, and layered characters readers can see themselves in.
Tanisha lives in the Canadian Rockies with her husband, two children, and German Shepherd, where she's usually writing or reading. When she isn't at her desk, she enjoys pottery, baking, and finding inspiration in the everyday moments that often become the centre of her novels.
