Cancellation Policy

All pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled.
Please be certain before placing a pre-order.

Important: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the cancellation of all current orders and a permanent ban from the shop, including access to all Tanisha Headley social platforms and events.

Return Policy

All sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item is received damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to the Damages/Missing Product section for instructions on how to submit a claim.

Damaged/Missing Goods

Tanisha Headley is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order was incorrectly fulfilled (i.e., you received the wrong item), please email authortanishaheadley@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

What Qualifies as Damaged:

  • Severely dented or crushed corners

  • Broken or crushed spine

  • Significant blemishes on the cover or spine

  • Ripped or bent pages that affect readability

What Does Not Qualify as Damaged:

  • Light surface scratches

  • Minor dings or dents

  • Slightly bent corners

  • Wavy or uneven pages

All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of damage and purchase are required.

If your claim is approved, all items must be returned before a replacement is issued. A return shipping label will be provided via email as a one-time courtesy. If you're unable to print the label, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
